Problems with the paper: 

1) Logic gap between attributing 'surveillance capitolism' to UCD. In fact, (as Hugh pointed out) the high analytics based companies are still more Technologically Driven (less Design Driven).

2) What's after UCD needs to be fleshed out with more resources.
